The Truths About Trust

Writer's picture: Alpha QueenAlpha Queen

Picture me this;

Your friend told you a secret that you should take to the grave. She trusts that you will not share these words with anyone at all. You also have this significant other who you value and trust; there are no secrets between the two of you. During your intimate times together you share things; whatever they may be. Now juice it up a little; the things you share with your significant others are 9 times out of 10; the things you vowed to hold in. The very secrets you were trusted with. It could be work-related issues; your best friends problems; what have you. You and your S.O vowed to keep no secrets; if you chose not to share all you know; you're breaking the trust of your significant other. Remember, the two of you swore to keep no secrets.

Now, do you see how twisted this can become? Your character is at stake of being tarnished if you so break the trust granted to you, On either end of the equation. Even agreeing to such entrapment and caging is detrimental to your development. The fact is; you are now living your life on the strings of others. The objective to be living and truthful life respectfully. Not to apply artificial constraints like "trust" to the already complicated lives we live in.

If you remove trust and replace it with respect...nothing will surprise you; I promise :)

Trust is superficial and the fact that humans place so much in other humans is the reason so many feel betrayed today.

Think about it; all humans flaw. It's inevitable. How can you trust something that will evolve into something else? People change daily and the pressure they put on themselves trying to live up to the expectations of others is boggling. The pressure is deadly to some. Truth is, Evolution is inevitable, and you will change. What you believe in now may not be what your heart resonates with tomorrow; you are obeying your soul's journey but does that make you disloyal or incapable of stating truths. No.

Trust was created by people who "worship" and depend on others for "salvation". "In God We Trust"

TRUST only the thing you know the most about; your subconscious being. YOU!

When Tupac said "Trust No One" I felt that.

You shouldn't want me to trust you; that's like signing a contract that you WILL error one day; due to your human ways, and by "contractual agreement" I should never ever believe in you again. You aren't deserving of it; according to the definition of 'Trust".

Trust is superficial; don't confuse it with TRUTH!
