Six Things Saving My Sanity This Week: Mom Life Must‑Haves, Energy Boosters, and Work‑From‑Home Girlie Essentials

🌪️ Let’s be honest…

Some weeks feel like a spiritual test, a motherhood marathon, and a budgeting bootcamp all rolled into one. And when life starts lifting, I reach for the things that keep me grounded, moisturized, and slightly less chaotic.

So, today, in the spirit of transparency and self-care, here are the five things saving my sanity, with affiliate links. If I’m going to recommend something, I might as well get compensated for the emotional labor.

1. Bio Iron by Triquetra My “Sunlight Isn’t Enough” Backup Plan

Let’s be real, sometimes the sun is out, the vibes are right, and my energy is still giving “low battery.”

Bio Iron by Triquetra is the only iron supplement that lifts my energy without upsetting my stomach. If you’re running low, this one helps.

🧘🏽‍♀️ 2. Costzon 5‑in‑1 Tricycle Toddler Freedom With Mama Still in Control

And speaking of energy… my toddler has enough for both of us. The next thing saving my sanity: the Costzon 5-in-1 Tricycle, perfect for letting her feel independent while I keep stealthy steering control.

The reversible seat, the canopy, the push handle, the little storage basket, it’s giving “soft life for toddlers, survival mode for moms.” She thinks she’s riding; I know I’m actually directing traffic. Everybody wins.

Two gray tricycles with canopies and steering handles. Both have black frames and red accents, shown against a plain white background.
Adjustable children's trike with canopy and handlebar, combining comfort and mobility for toddlers and parents.

If you’ve got a little one who wants freedom but still needs guidance (and a seatbelt), this trike is a whole blessing. I’ll drop the link below.

3. SUIKDA Office/Gaming Chair For the Work‑From‑Home Girlies Who Deserve Comfort

Next up: this SUIKDA Office Chair with the footrest because listen… if I’m going to work from home, I at least want to pretend I’m comfortable. This chair is giving “CEO of my living room,” “gamer who also pays bills,” and “I deserve lumbar support.”

Black and white gaming chair with diamond-patterned backrest and footrest. "Suxida" logo on headrest and cushion. White background.
Ergonomically designed gaming chair featuring a high backrest, padded headrest and armrests, sleek black and white color scheme, and an extendable footrest for ultimate comfort during long gaming sessions.

The footrest has me answering emails with my legs up. If you’re a work‑from‑home girlie who needs comfort, support, and a touch of delusion, this chair delivers.

🧹 4. The Wireless Smart Watch That’s Basically My Mini‑Assistant

Now listen… this wireless smart watch has been keeping me together in ways I didn’t even know I needed. It tracks my steps, my sleep, my heart rate, my notifications, my “girl, breathe” moments, all while looking cute on my wrist.

It’s giving “soft life, but make it organized.”   It’s giving “I’m trying to get my life together, but I still need reminders.”   It’s giving “I don’t have a personal assistant yet, but this will do.”

Whether I’m working, chasing my toddler, or pretending I’m starting a fitness journey, this watch keeps me on track without judgment. That steady support is exactly what I need right now.

I’ll drop the link below if you want to check it out.

📚 5. The Binder That Kept Me From Spiraling

Whether it’s a guided journal, a manifestation notebook, or a planner that lies to me about how organized I am, I love tools that help. But this one is different. It’s a keepsake guide you build over time. Sacred Care

Inside, you’ll find a blend of structure and soul grounding prompts, gentle reflections, and space to process the real moments that don’t fit in a cute planner. It’s where you come to breathe, reset, and remember yourself.

This is your reset... a reminder of how to return to yourself.

6. Magic Mail ~ Because Sometimes You Need a Little Encouragement Delivered Straight to Your Spirit

And finally… Magic Mail. My soft‑life secret weapon. It’s the little dose of encouragement, alignment, and “you got this” energy that shows up exactly when I need it.

Some days I don’t have the bandwidth for a full journal session or a deep spiritual reset. I just need a gentle nudge, a reminder, a word. Magic Mail does that. It’s simple, soulful, and honestly feels like a tiny love note from the universe.

If you’ve been craving a little more support, softness, or synchronicity in your day‑to‑day, Magic Mail is that girl. I’ll drop the link below so you can sign up.

Whew. If you made it this far, bless you. Welcome to my little corner of the internet, where we’re choosing softness, structure, and sanity one tiny upgrade at a time.
