Distance from negativity—even if it comes in the form of certain people or environments—is an act of self-preservation and empowerment. Everything we do must come from a heart-centered space to endure, thrive, and leave a lasting impact.


The heart truly is a sanctuary and a source of wisdom. When we protect and nurture this space, we invite harmony, authenticity, and growth into our lives. Living through the heart ensures that our choices and connections are rooted in love and truth—a foundation that never perishes but only strengthens.
